If approved, we will send you return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including consumable products, personalized items, hazardous materials, flammable goods, sale items, clearance items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please request a return and place a new order separately.

For orders delivered within the European Union, eligible customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery under applicable law. Items must be unused and returned in original condition with proof of purchase.

Refund Timing
